An invisible mentor, a unique leader you learn and observe from a distance, is an option. Napoleon Hill, who wrote the hugely successful book, Think and Grow Rich, had invisible mentors, except he called them invisible counselors. Over the past five years, I have been building a community of invisible mentors (http://theinvisiblementor.com/) by interviewing highly accomplished people so others can learn from their stories. I also provide book reviews because some of my best mentors have been the books that I read. So
