I was thrilled to attend the White House Working Families & Business Schools Convening recently. The Convening focused on opportunities for the business community and business schools to work together to expand opportunities for women in business and adapt to the changing needs of the workforce.Prior to the Convening I posted on LinkedIn my views regarding issues facing working mothers today. My views centered around flexible work schedules, parental involvement in schools during business hours, after school enrichment programs, proximity of childcare to work, and the marriage tax penalty.
