Your strengths are a mixture of your talents, knowledge and skills. Everyone has strengths, or what I like to call 'super powers.'Despite these impressive skill sets, a common thread that I encounter over and over again is that many leaders rarely stop to identify what their strengths are or check in and see if their role is aligned with their strengths.This can be a major concern, especially when most organizations want to increase staff engagement and best to use people’s particular capabilities. The staff may not even know what they are.By identifying people’s strengths and matching them to their roles, they will perform better and have more fun. This increases productivity and engagement.
