We asked what you think is the #1 thing we need to do to achieve gender parity. One third of you said we need to get more women to positions of leadership, 20% said we need to have the courageous conversations and call out inequality, and 15% said we need to lead by example and be role models. Ellevate President Kristy Wallace recently shared her perspective on how creating an employee executive board will close the gender gap - it would be one important step towards getting more women into leadership.
