Ellevate Members agree - it's not ambition or success that's most important in a role model.

When people think about role models, women aren’t always the first to come to mind. This Women’s History Month, we're using the hashtag #FemaleRoleModel to raise awareness about the strong women who have inspired all of us. 

We asked Ellevate Members what makes a good role model, and one-third of you agreed that integrity and ethics are important above all else. Resilience and courage are also important to you, whereas ambition and success are actually the least important. If you agree, check out Sallie Krawcheck's business advice for her daughter.
