Senior Management Engagement works best to improve company diversity.

We asked Ellevate Members what they've seen successfully improve diversity at their company. Members overwhelmingly agreed that senior management engagement has a positive impact on diversity; many members suggested that senior management engagement is the only way to improve diversity. Are you working with to improve diversity internally? Ellevate President Kristy Wallace suggests that an employee executive board is the best way for management and employees to work side by side towards change.
