60% of Ellevate Members believe companies can't reach gender parity in five years.

We asked Ellevate members whether they believe companies can reach gender parity in the next five years, and over 60% of members replied that it's not possible. In fact, only 15% of women responded that they believe that the gap can close in the next five years. 

While some members remained optimistic, citing the impact on younger generations on forward thinking companies, others suggested that it will require a much greater commitment on the part of companies, women, and men.
