How do Ellevate Members invest in other women?

We asked Ellevate members what they do to invest in other women. 45% of members take a hands-on approach by mentoring others, and 37% of members volunteer or invest in organizations focused on women. 

Members shared some inspiring details about their work - many of you work with microfinance organizations focused on women and many conduct research about the state of women in business.
