Ellevate Members Agree: We should make the education of girls around the world a priority.
We asked Ellevate Members where our community should put our philanthropic efforts. 28% of members feel we should support the education of girls around the world; 21% support accelerators/financing of female entrepreneurs and 15% support both micro financing of women-owned small businesses and working to prevent sex trafficking and domestic violence.
These global issues are inexorably intertwined. We're excited to work with the Malala Fund to support girls education worldwide, as well as with The Komera Project to raise money for female scholars in Rwanda.
