In the advent of the Presidential Election 2016, we asked the Ellevate community what they think will be the deciding factor for which candidate voters will choose. While a small group of members believe that family leave will be a critical element in electing a new President, 11% of respondents say that race relations will be the key aspect.

Moreover, 28% of participants see national security as an influential issue in the decision of voters. However, the largest group of respondents (47%) believe that the economy and/or fiscal policy will be the deciding factor.
