Amy left the C-suite to write a business book and start her own consulting firm. Amy will discuss the decisions behind her choice to leave her stable situation to branch out and launch her second act as an author and entrepreneur.
Amy Radin is an Executive, Keynote Speaker and the author of The Change Maker’s Playbook. Amy will share her experience rising through the ranks at American Express, Citi and E*Trade, interspersed with stints and consulting work with smaller start-ups. Amy is the expert at igniting creativity to encourage tinkering and resourcefulness within a company culture to build value and growth.
Heather Thomas is the CEO and founder of Winsome Consulting, where she advises pre-acquisition companies, start-up CEOs, and post-acquisition founders on how to transform their companies to engineer successful acquisitions, exits or growth.
