As women we are often tasked with balancing many roles and responsibilities. In order to meet the expectations we hold of ourselves, we can push ourselves to the point of exhaustion trying to accomplish everything- a successful career, a clean house, a balanced checkbook, enrichment for children, healthy meal planning- just to name a few!

Join us for the October Innovator Luncheon where we will discuss best practices for delegating responsibilities both in our business and personal lives.

This is also a great opportunity to connect with your Ellevate Executive Council and Innovator peers!

Hi -- great to meet you all. I did post a thing about high-value work, sorry I then forgot!

I just read an article in the HBR about getting rid of low-value work, so I'm curious how people assess what to delegate and what to keep. https://hbr.org/2016/06/stop-doing-low-value-work I'm also thinking about "delegation" in the context of my personal life. Like, what should I let go or outsource at home and what to focus on. For example, more blogging, less dishes. What kinds of things are you all thinking about?
