It’s an exciting time for women in leadership.
Take American politics and government: Women are serving in larger numbers today than ever before seen. And to top that we have the most diverse representation in our Fresh(wo)man class.
These women, and all those who ran, showed up. Unapologetically. Authentically. Powerfully. And vulnerably.
And it’s on these characteristics that we want to shine a light. How are these traits, among others, as demonstrated by our guest speakers, exposing us all to a new type of leader?
