Join us in a guided discussion on how to use mindfulness tools to handle life's challenges, specifically during the holiday season and year end. While exploring trigger points that make us feel like we're out of control, overwhelmed or losing focus, we will learn and experience mental and physical tools to apply in various situations. You will walk away with a practical toolbox to use during your next challenging moments and get you through the year more mindful.
The session will close with a guided meditation.

Tamara Nisanov is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor and a Certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach. She has a Master’s Degree in Mental Health/Psychological Counseling from Columbia University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Baruch College, CUNY. She lives in Miami Beach, FL, is originally from Brooklyn, NY and continues to be amazed that she lives on a beach she can use more than 2 months out of the year!
Tamara is passionate about overall wellness and focuses on strengthening her clients' minds and bodies. She trains and coaches her individual, group and corporate clients throughout Miami. Using various fitness modalities, she creates individual plans for her clients' goals and needs so they can thrive in all aspects of their lives. Blending the mental & physical, creating strength from the inside out, every breath, step, goal and success is recognized to fuel continuous improvement.
