Leadership is not about titles, status, and wielding power. A leader is anyone who takes responsibility for recognizing the potential in people and ideas, and has the courage to develop that potential.

Our February books discussion will focus on New York Times bestselling author Brene Brown's book, Dare to Lead: Brave Work. Tough Conversations. Whole Hearts, in which she seeks to answer the question, "how do you cultivate braver, more daring leaders, and how do you embed the value of courage in your culture?"

Based on new research conducted with leaders, change makers and culture shifters, we'll discuss Brown's efforts to show us how to put ideas into practice so that we, too, can lead.
