Looking for a safe space to improve your presenting skills?
We've partnered with the London Business School Toastmasters & the Women In Business clubs to host a workshop that explores the pitch:
- Defining what makes a presentation engaging
- Demystifying personal charisma
- Persuading your audience (of your idea, investment, story, etc)
More importantly, you'll have a chance to apply your learning and "make YOUR pitch" in front of a group audience. Because practice makes perfect. You'll receive instant feedback and walk away with actionable next steps that pave your path to public speaking greatness (or at least help keep you from breaking out into a cold paralysed sweat!)
This is your chance to participate in this highly coveted workshop led by the award-winning and three-time Toastmasters President Andrew Tollinton. His regular weekly sessions are a consistent sell out, so book quickly to save your spot!
To maximise learning and participation, this event is limited to a maximum of 15 Ellevate attendees.
Arrivals from 6:30pm, workshop will start promptly at 7pm until 9:00pm. Please allow plenty of time to locate the venue (directions below).
(Directions: The workshop will be taking place at the London Business School (Sussex Campus), Lecture Theatre 4 (LT4) located in the Ratcliffe building. The campus is located off Park Road, a 5 minute walk north of the Baker Street Station. Once you enter from Park Road, continue through the building and across the courtyard to the Ratcliffe building. Once in the Ratcliffe building walk down the stairs across from the welcome desk, and turn right at the bottom of the stairs.)
