This is the second program in a four-part series on pay inequity organized by United State of Woman, Speak Truth Summit and The Impact Alliance.

This event will also explore the power and problems of Employee Resource Groups, or affinity groups, and employer accountability. The discussion will also take a look at legislations, like the No Pay History, and their unanticipated or unplanned disparate impacts on women of color.
