For 14 of the past 45 years of International Women’s Day, Hira Ali, leadership expert and successful entrepreneur, has created events to get March 8th into the hearts and minds of men and women around the world. From South-east Asia to Middle East and Europe, as Hira Ali has moved from country to country in her career, so too has her drive for all that IWD stands for. Discussion on interesting facts discovered during research of Her Way To The Top such as how internal challenges are triggered by social conditioning, how most internal challenges are inter- related, difference in challenges faced by the western and eastern women, women in minority owing to background, gender, orientation and preferences. What were her own unique internal challenges when writing the book and her top strategies to address them?
