For her Girl Scout Gold Award, Madeline Freundlich is celebrating women in land conservation with a guided hike at Cedar Ridge Preserve, in Hopewell, New Jersey, one of the first properties preserved at the D&R Greenway Land Trust. Along the hike, she will be speaking about prominent women internationally, nationally, and locally who have contributed their talents to preserving important pieces of land in perpetuity.

This event is being supported by D&R Greenway Land Trust where educational posters will be hung at the Johnson Education Center in Princeton detailing the women she discusses in the tour. Furthermore, this event is being co-sponsored by the Central Jersey Chapter of Ellevate Network which encapsulates the spirit of women supporting women.

The event is free and Girl Scout cookies will be served!
