It's time to mobilize.
Change doesn’t happen magically. The world doesn’t become inclusive by flipping a switch. It takes work, it takes leaders, it takes action. It takes you.
In a world where feminism can’t exist without intersectionality, where passive allyship is no longer good enough, where we embrace not just our careers but our whole selves… our conversations can’t be the same as they were years ago. Why should we settle for anything less than equal?
Inspired on Ellevate Network’s Mobilize Women Summit, and in an attempt to adapt to today’s current challenges, this year’s Mobilize Women is a multi-day experience designed as a space for authentic, courageous and fresh conversations.
Through the course of five days and 10+ sessions, you’ll hear thought-provoking discussions from diverse perspectives and leave with action-oriented solutions to tackle some of today’s biggest challenges in your workplace and communities. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet other leaders in business, media, sports, politics and more who, like you, want to use their influence and social capital to for equality.
