Science has shown that jounaling and meditation can not only help with mental health but also physical health (i.e. immune function, lung function, stress, blood pressure, etc.)* 

There is no time better than the present to take a little journey within as part of our self-care. We are excited for the 2 upcoming Meditation and Journaling play-shops.

--No previous meditation or journaling experience is needed
