Do you know technology has not only changed how we work, but the youngest workers, too? iGen, born between 1995 and 2012, are coming to work. Along with tech savviness and a can-do attitude, these young workers are looking for safety, community and connection.
Colleen McFarland, author of Disconnected joins us to discuss what employers need to know about iGen, including how to welcome, support and impress them. McFarland will share with us the importance of meeting employees where they are, on-line. She will provide examples of how leaders can connect digitally in the workplace, industry and the community.
Walk away with ideas for how you, as a leader can signal to your younger workers that they can be part of your company’s future and have time for a healthy and purposeful life.
