It’s our responsibility to continue being the safe space we are for many women in the workplace. We are here to advance women in the workplace, we recognize the need to take a stand against racial injustice in our workplaces, our hometowns, and across the country.
"So You Want to Talk About Race" by Ijeoma Oluo has been recommended by our active members, and given the current social and political climate we felt it is important to have these conversations now more than ever.
