Our signature Mentoring Meetups are going virtual! This is a"speed dating" style experience, in which mentees will have the opportunity to connect with several mentors during the course of the event in short, but effective, meetings.
By itself, your annual review is an opportune time to look back and reflect on the projects and progress of your year. But the pandemic and the adjustments we’ve made as a remote workforce invite new insights and skills to add to your list of annual accomplishments.
Join Ellevate for a Mentoring Meetup all about celebrating these new accomplishments and utilizing them to ace your annual review. In this Mentoring Meetup you can get advice on how to prepare, how to best approach and receive feedback, and how to leverage the new skills under your belt.
ALL participants must be pre-registered to attend.
Ready to sign up? Here’s what comes next:
- Complete this form to indicate your interest in being either a MENTOR or a MENTEE
- One you’ve successfully completed the form, return to this page to register for the meetup
- Roughly one week prior to the event, you’ll receive a guide via email to help you prepare
Q: Who can sign up to be a MENTOR?
A: All are welcome-- we encourage you to sign up as a mentor if you have the insight, experience, and willingness to help our mentees!
Q: I’m an experienced professional. Can I sign up as a MENTEE?
A: Yes, absolutely! Established professionals need guidance, too.
