As we all return back to some form of normal life with kids getting back to school even though the pandemic is still there, there’s the worry and anxiety about how this is going to work. What steps can we all take to thrive through the chaos? We will create a safe space for women to focus on themselves, talk about any issues and anxieties they may be experiencing and get some support from the group.
This month, we will be looking into ways to improve our lives and health. How do we make decisions on how to be and stay healthy especially in these times? How do we manage the stress and anxiety returning back to the office and everyday life?
When: Every 2nd Monday of the month from 5:00 - 6:00 PM.
Who: Certified Holistic health Practitioner & Co-Ellevate Events Lead, Gloria Halim & Professional Coach & Co-Ellevate Member Liaison, Kristen Coakley will be your hosts.
What is a Community Circle?
Community Circles are a new initiative from Ellevate Dubai. These virtual sessions will be themed around varied topics and facilitated by members of our leadership team along with members from within the community. The one hour Zoom sessions will allow for open discussion among attendees to learn from each other and lean on each other.
