Let go of the stress, heavy emotions and insecurities and move into the best of you. Join us for an evening of self-care incorporating dance, journaling, meditation and breathing techniques.

Research has shown that the body physically stores stress and unprocessed emotions within our posture, muscles, fascia and organs, which is why it can be difficult to separate you from them. But by accepting this scientific revelation, you can also feel empowered in knowing that you have the capability to let them go.
Join us for an evening of self-care led by MOVE /NTO YOU creator, Vanessa Lauren. Using dance, journaling, meditation and breathing techniques, you will be able to reconnect with the best parts of you - the you filled with confidence, authenticity, creativity, trust and the ability to see the world with possibilities. You will also get the opportunity to network and share insights with other women in our community.
All levels are welcome, and no dance experience is needed.

- Yoga mat
- Workout clothes you feel comfortable moving in
- A space a little larger than your yoga mat to move (most of the movement will stay directly on the yoga mat)
