So much has changed since our last lunch, way back in January. And I’m not talking COVID-19! Your Ellevate membership access may have changed. Our leadership lunches used to serve the Executive Council and Innovator levels and now any woman with Executive Access can join the meetings. What hasn’t changed is our commitment to providing a more intimate setting where you can network with peers, participate in open discussions on topics that matter to you, as well as, benefit from relevant guided discussions to up your game. We are excited to connect with you again.
This month is a guided discussion that aims to take care of YOU.
Mindful Managers: Taking Care of Ourselves
As managers, we are bombarded from every angle yet are in the position of ensuring that our teams, our bosses, our families and loved ones have what they need. It can be difficult to find time for ourselves, especially in the midst of the chaos and such trying times. This lunch will be a time for YOU. You will learn how to leverage a design thinking mindset to brainstorm ideas to nurture your wellbeing. Bonus - the brainstorming technique can be used with your teams as well!
To stay true to our goal to create meaningful connections, please be prepared to engage in conversation and brainstorming for this session.
This informal discussion will be led by your host, Ellevate Boston Chapter Member Allison Ingalsbe, Design Thinking Consultant.
Our Leadership Lunches are held bimonthly and are open to women with Executive Access. If you would like more information, please reach out to us firstname.lastname@example.org.
