Working remotely can be stressful as we women leaders and managers adapt to new ways of interacting without the direct human contact. This can be especially difficult for those that crave a dynamic workplace environment for creative problem solving and strategic planning activities. The lack of in-person human interaction reduces our energy levels and hinders our best intentions for productivity and effectively communicating with team members and influentials in our business.
During this workshop you will learn key tools and practice beneficial techniques to help you regain your focus, refill your energy tank and experience a sense of calm even while juggling back-to-back work meetings and home life responsibilities. These new tools will help you to:
- Activate and energize a self-care pathway you can practice daily.
- Become aware of the biology behind self-care. (This one realization will stop you blaming yourself for how you react in stressful situations!)
- Experience a guided journey to meet your brave wise self.
At the conclusion, participants will receive a Self-Leadership Tip Sheet on mindful breathing to maintain your new "working well" practice.
