About the Wines

Gemme Cellars California Topazo

Dry white wine made from a blend of 62% French Colombard, 25% Gewurztraminer, 8% White Riesling and 5% Chenin Blanc varietals.

This wine starts with flowery fragrances of daffodil, mandarin and honeysuckle, followed by fruity aromas like lemon and orange. There are slight grassy notes in the finish. This wine has pronounced mineral qualities carried in the mouth with flinty notes and stone fruit aromas. This wine is light-bodied, refreshing and crisp in the mouth with clean lines.

Broadmoore Estates California Red Trails

Fruit-forward red is a blend of 79% Ruby Cabernet, 11% Ruby Red and 10% Syrah.

This sweet red wine displays blueberry, blackberry, strawberry and raspberry aromas, as well as light notes of pepper and toasted oak toward the end. The star of the show is the sweetness, which bursts out of the glass and onto the palate. The attack, the mid-palate and the finish are rich with fruity characters. Hiding behind this wine’s sweetness is a fair amount of fruit tannin for structure.

le Cadeau California Semi-Seco Sparkling Wine

The le Cadeau (Sterling Label) California Semi-Seco Sparkling Wine has aromas of green apple, pear and flowers with hints of orange and lemon zest. With a good, strong acidity, this off-dry medium-bodied wine provides substance on the palate.
