Workshop: Cheers Your Neighbor: The Art of Community Engagement in the Workplace

Online • January 19, 2021

Deconstruct the concept of "community" to provide a better understanding of its roots, what it means for you and your team, and why the notion of "togetherness" is increasingly more valued.

Tuesday, January 19, 2021 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM EST

Now more than ever, the word "community" is a buzz word for many companies, and for a good reason. But, do you know why?

In this workshop geared towards entrepreneurs, business leaders and organizations looking to build tighter teams, I'll deconstruct the concept of "community" to provide a better understanding of its roots, what it means for you and your team, and why the notion of "togetherness" is increasingly more valued in our current professional climate. Then, I'll teach you 5 simple and affordable (like, "start-up-on-a-shoestring-budget" affordable!) techniques that'll help you build a more sustainable, happier community.

This workshop will close with a few brief "yoga games" and guided meditation to leave you feeling healthy and more connected to yourselves and each other.
