An ally provides support and solidarity to the marginalized of their communities. An accomplice provides strategy to dismantle that marginalization. Both play an important role in the continued fight for equity in the workplace and world and knowing where you stand makes a huge difference in your impact.
Are you an individual in your workplace, looking for ways to support your other colleagues? Do you manage a team with diverse experiences, backgrounds, and needs? We invite you to challenge yourself as an ally or accomplice at our next Mentoring Meetup.
This event will give you in-depth mentoring time with a group of hand-selected and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion experts. In these 1:1 and group sessions, you’ll discuss how to be a strong and effective advocate as a an individual and/or get advice on how to be a manager that leads with an accomplice’s attitude.
