Join us for an evening of self-care incorporating dance, journaling, and meditation. Let go of the stress from your day and move into a calm, centered you.
Research has shown that the body physically stores stress and unprocessed emotions within our muscles and fascia, which is why it can be difficult to separate you from them. But by accepting this scientific revelation, you can also feel empowered in knowing that you have the capability to let them go.
Join us for an evening of self-care led by MOVE /NTO YOU creator, Vanessa Lauren. Using journaling, meditation, and dance styles like contemporary, lyrical, and jazz, you will let go of what you are not, in order to move into who you are. Ending the evening feeling calm, grounded, and confident in you.
No previous dance experience is needed, all levels are welcome.
- A pen and journal to write in
- Yoga mat
- Workout clothes you feel comfortable moving in
- Space a little bigger than your yoga mat to move (most of the movement will stay on the yoga mat, but arms and legs may reach out past)
