What’s your story?
The Raise Her Voice: Untold Stories of Women in the Workplace event series sets the stage to inspire a path forward to gender equality in honor of International Women’s Day and Women's History Month in March. Through the telling of unique, diverse, and candid stories, we’ll come together to celebrate the strong women that live the values of community, diversity, and authenticity every day.
Join the Ellevate Northwest team and our emcee Bridget Quigg for an evening of remarkable personal stories of triumph, tribulation, and adventure from the women of your community. Through these events, taking place all over the world, it is our goal to provide a safe space for empathy to flourish, and similarities and differences to conjoin. It’s a chance to connect and understand that through sharing, and listening, we need never stand alone.
The virtual events space has created an amazing opportunity to cross collaborate for 2021's Raise Her Voice campaign. That being said, we are excited to announce that Raise Her Voice events will be occurring by region!
Speakers were nominated, then selected through a voting process. Nominations were submitted through the Raise Her Voice landing page to be voted on by the Ellevate community.

Format and timing
- Welcome remarks from Ellevate Chapter Team
- One speaker at a time will take the stage to share their stories
- Each speaker will be given approximately 5-7 minutes to tell their story
- Brief introduction of each speaker between stories
- We’ll open up the floor for Q&A at the end of all stories
Please note that depending on the flow of conversation, the timing may alter slightly, and some sample questions may not be asked and/or be added in real time or phrased differently.
We promote speakers to use candor, authenticity, real-life examples, anecdotes, and to bounce off each other’s comments if they want to. An organic and natural flow of conversation between everyone on stage is welcomed.
