Curious about mindfulness and meditation? Join us for an engaging conversation with Laura Sage about her mission to help people live less stressful lives.
Tue, Apr 13, 2021 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM PDT
Looking for an opportunity to combat stress and calm your busy mind? Many people have successfully integrated mindfulness into their lives to help them cope with the various uncertainties and challenges each day can present. From exercise to yoga to meditation, many of us are introducing practices that prioritize mental wellness, reduce anxiety, and bolster our attention-span and memory.
Join us for a conversation with Laura Sage, CEO of Chill Anywhere, where we will discuss the benefits of mental health at home and in the workplace, how more leaders are using mindfulness to create symmetry among fractured workforces, and the steps we can take to increase the discourse around mental health in your larger communities.
Laura will share her story, including her work within the financial industry (from her role as an options trader to working for a hedge fund), launching a nonprofit organization, the path that led her to founding Chill Anywhere, and how she and her team pivoted their meditation studio to a virtual model during the COVID pandemic. We will have a frank conversation about how mindfulness has impacted Laura’s life, the importance of self-compassion in our lives, and her commitment to raising awareness and elevating the dialogue about mental well-being both at home and our workplaces.
We will start our time together with a mediation from one of Chill Anywhere’s experienced guides, a great way to transition from our busy days into a meaningful and inspiring conversation.
