Our host, Puja Mehta, is currently a Healthcare Consultant with a passion for people and teams. Her MBA included a focus on positive organizations and flourishing at work, and she continues to explore how this manifests as part of her career. Previously, she worked at DaVita, known for it’s strong organizational culture, where she was inspired to bring that passion for culture with her wherever she worked.
