Mentoring Meetup: Leading Through Impostor Syndrome (Mobilize Women Week Edition)

Mobilize Women Week will feature a special Mentoring Meetup for Managers all about challenging your Impostor Syndrome as you lead a team. Join us for our signature 1:1 speed dating-style mentoring eve

Wed, Jun 23, 2021 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM EDT

We’ve all experienced Impostor Syndrome. By itself, the weight of self-doubt and the anxiety that follows can be taxing. But adding the responsibility of leading a team while you battle Impostor Syndrome can affect the success of your team and your accomplishments.

Ellevate’s signature Mentoring Meetups can help you on your way to beating Impostor Syndrome and perfectionism. This is a signature "speed dating"-style experience, in which Mentees will have the opportunity to connect with several Mentors during the course of the event in short, but impactful, meetings

Mentees are able to show up with questions, stories, and thoughts about how Impostor Syndrome influences their abilities to lead a team. Our Mentors will bring a wide swath of experiences and insights that will help Mentees find coping strategies, avoid negative self-talk, and lead fearlessly despite the fear.
