Stress is that thing that we all know we need to manage. The problem is that sometimes we're too stressed out to deal with our stress!!
In this virtual coffee hour, we will break out into groups to discuss stress and how it affects our lives. We will invite you to share what your biggest challenge is around stress and also what techniques we are all using to get around those challenges.
One of the biggest challenges many people face is that we do not have the time or the inclination to meditate or develop a mindfulness practice. So, we will also introduce some quick and easy strategies that decrease stress rather than adding to it.
