From our companies to our government, to just everyone who has power and privilege, we need to take a hard look at our world and step up. Society won’t change until we change the way we play on these dynamics.

Change doesn’t happen magically. The world doesn’t become inclusive by flipping a switch. It takes work, it takes leaders, it takes action. It takes you.

In a world where feminism can’t exist without intersectionality, where passive allyship is no longer good enough, where we embrace not just our careers but for our whole selves… our conversations can’t be the same as they were years ago. Why should we settle for anything less than equal?

Through the course of five days and 15+ sessions, you’ll hear thought-provoking discussions from diverse perspectives and leave with action-oriented solutions to tackle some of today’s biggest challenges in your workplace and communities. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet other leaders in business, media, sports, politics, and more who, like you, want to use their influence and social capital for equality.
