Managers Roundtable: Leading Multicultural Teams

Online

There is a lot of value in having diverse backgrounds and perspectives in your team, but you have to know how to lead in order to embrace the differences.

Fri, Aug 6, 2021 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM EDT

This Week's Topic: Leading Multicultural Teams

We know we are all unique. And diverse backgrounds lead to diverse perspectives, which in turn lead to better decision making, more creativity, and better results. In a global economy, and even more importantly today in a remote work environment, teams can be more diverse and span geographies and cultures.

In this Roundtable we'll share experiences, advice, and best practices so you can lead your multicultural team to success.

This Roundtable is a part of Ellevate's Managers Program.
