Honoring our veterans and expressing gratitude for their contributions and sacrifices is important on this holiday and every day. At Ellevate Nashville, we want to take today and specifically highlight the brave female veterans that have served our country.
Currently, approximately 10% of the veteran population are women. Women in the military often experience additional challenges during and after their service. If you are interested in learning more on how to help our female veterans check out one of these organizations on ways to donate or volunteer.
