Midsummer "Sip & Savor" Tasting & Networking
This collaboration is hosted by our Event Networking Co-Chairs (Natalie Yost and Alyssa Gioscia) and our Executive Events Chair, Nichole Wright (Boisset Wine Curator) will guide us through a fun and engaging wine tasting, while Events Chair Morgan Smith (Curtis Stone Events) will suggest food pairings.
This event will be an excellent time to connect in a more intimate environment with members at all levels - from new members to the executive level. This forum will kick off with everyone having the opportunity to introduce themselves and something they may be looking for. A "speed-dating" of sorts to power-network to connect see how we can help one another. Then, we will dive into learning about wines and how to pair quick fun dishes with two experts in their field.
Here’s how to secure your wine for the event:
The wines we will walk through include three fresh, summer French wines (July is independence and Bastille month!) during the tasting portion of the evening.
Louis Bernard Organic Côtes du Rhône
An organic white that is a blend of 3 grapes, with good acidity levels, providing this bright, crisp wine with note of stone fruit. $20 (use the code FRANAM21 before July 14 for 20% off.)

Bouchard Ainé & Fils Bourgogne Chardonnay
100% Chardonnay but not like your traditional California "buttery" chard. This wine is more citrus and minerally. Dry, aromatic, with a nice persistency. $20

J. Moreau & Fils Vouvray
Our last wine, is a 100% Chenin Blanc from the Loire Valley - a slightly sweeter, yet well-rounded, fruit-forward wine. The perfect way to finish the evening. $16.
