This month we're talking about Getting Social: How to shine, build relationships and make the most of your online presence. 

To make the most of our virtual event, here are some details to keep in mind:

• We're hosting this event on Zoom and we'll send you the link to join the meeting earlier that day. For best quality, you'll be asked to download the app to your device.
• To enhance connection among the group, we ask that you enable your webcam for this event. Post-workout sweat? Kids and pets climbing on you? No problem!
• We'll start with introductions and then have a specific topic to discuss as a group.
• Don't forget your favorite wind-down beverage or treat!
