Virtual Networking: Planning for Returning to the Office

With many companies in the DC area planning to open their office doors in the coming months, there are lots of questions, concerns, and considerations when it comes to returning to the office. Join us for an evening of connecting with other DC area women as we discuss what this new office environment might look like, how to prepare ourselves, and what challenges we might face. We'll share our experiences, brainstorm ways we might support our fellow colleagues and ourselves, and learn from one another as we prepare for a new office experience.

To get our brains thinking, we thought we'd get a little help from Brené Brown and her Dare to Lead Podcast. Ahead of the event, please listen to this episode she hosted with Priya Parker on How We Return and Why It Matters.

During the event, we'll use this podcast episode as a springboard for our discussion and use Zoom breakout rooms so we can have meaningful conversations with one another.
