Holding Space: A Community Circle for the LGBTQIA Community (+Allies Edition)

Note: This month's Holding Space is open to members of the LGBTQ+ community and allies.

The working world is generally still struggling with how to handle authenticity at work. The last two years especially have made many of our world’s issues glaringly obvious, but how do we safely show up for ourselves and each other? Are we truly meant to leave those parts of ourselves at the door?

Ellevate believes that we all deserve space to be heard and to heal. As such, we invite members of the LGBTQIA+ community to join us for a new special monthly Holding Space Community Circle where you’ll discuss relevant issues and provide each other with support. Handpicked community and thought leaders will facilitate small group discussions about the intersection of queer identity, being an“invisible” marginalized group, and more.

We are excited to bring a new forum for the LGBTQIA+ members of our community to connect and grow together, and see each other fully.
