Relationships within and outside of our employers play key roles in career satisfaction and advancement. The challenge is that these relationships tend to be neglected due to busyness and lack of investment, until a time of desperate need arises. Participants will learn techniques to consistently build and enhance their relationship capital throughout their careers.
Participants will learn the:
- Importance of building and maintaining relationships
- Differentiate between relationship capital, networking, and playing the political game
- Kind of relationships they need to excel
With the recent Marshall Fire in Colorado (just a few miles from Boulder, CO) we will support our local community by donating 100% of registration fees from the event. All proceeds will be donated to Due South, a boutique clothing store in Lafayette that is offering $500/person to help rebuild wardrobes of women who lost everything in the fires.
