Our topic for February is about dealing with resistance.  

How do you operate when others are pushing back?  Maybe you're struggling with your senior leadership to push an idea through?  Or you're a business owner with a great product or service that isn't being well received by your clients? 

We'll lead a great conversation on this topic, exchange tips and advice, and introduce and exercise that might help you navigate through it.  We'll also be sure to include some time for networking within this small group setting, offering a safe and open forum to receive counsel from and share wisdom with executive peers.
