Showing Up: How to Give and Get Grief Support
1 hour
Online • Closed Captioned •

The world has lost more than 50 million people to COVID. For each death, there are an estimated nine bereaved survivors.
And death is only one type of loss brought on by the pandemic. Marriages ended. Family members became estranged. Careers, life savings, and health deteriorated.
There aren’t enough therapists, chaplains, or grief workers to meet this rising tide of grief. But humans aren’t meant to grieve alone. We all need to show up for the bereaved among us. And we have to show up for ourselves. If you’re suffering, you can find support that will help you move through grief if you understand what you need.
