Join us for a Sweatworking event at Chelsea Piers Fitness! We will start with a high impact, full body, circuit training, HIIT class focusing on increasing your level of strength and conditioning using any combination of dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, TRX, med balls, sand bags, battle ropes, sleds and cardio equipment. Afterwards, we will cool down with a happy hour in the Chelsea Piers' café where you will be able to network with other members of Chelsea Piers Fitness and Ellevate. Please wear comfortable workout clothes and sneakers for the class. You are welcome to use the luxury locker rooms to store your belongings, and use our sauna, steam room and showers.
