This class combines both gentle and slow movements with restorative yoga postures to help you feel ready and refreshed for you week!
Gentle movements during the first half of class stretch and wake up your body followed by restorative yoga postures to passively open and stretch during the second half. This practice creates overall health and well-being back to the consistent practitioner. All levels welcome!
