Research clearly and repeatedly shows us that connections and relationships positively impact our lives. From mental health to physical benefits, human connection is the foundation for much of our satisfaction and happiness.

Creating, supporting, and sustaining these relationships is worth exploring, especially as our world opens up more and more each day. From remote colleagues, to close friends, there is a lot to be gained from creating community and curating it as well.

Please join breakfast facilitators Molly Angel, of Angel Change Management, and Lora Poepping, of Plum Coaching & HR Consulting, as Molly leads us on a fun and interactive exploration of lasting relationships.
